Greg Thompson is Chief Executive Officer of WebClock, a workforce management platform built for multi-site operators with complex labor, payroll, and compliance needs. Under Greg’s leadership, WebClock is modernizing time & attendance, scheduling, and payroll readiness—integrating earned wage access partners and advancing PBJ (Payroll-Based Journal) processing for senior living and healthcare providers.

A hands-on SaaS operator and former COO, Greg has led WebClock’s transition toward a modern front end and data pipeline, including AI-assisted dashboards for Budget vs. Actuals, attendance insights, and compliance reporting. He has driven strategic partnerships across payroll/PEO ecosystems and EWA providers, expanding WebClock’s footprint with senior living management groups while improving implementation speed, reliability, and financial outcomes.
